Tracup(Basic & Enterprise Version) opens its functions to its users(exclude management functions exclusive to enterprise version), while it also applies “Account Points” mechanism in terms of consumption limitation. The introduction of obtain channel and consumption restriction of account points is as follows.

How to limit the consumption of account points

The number of tasks can be created by users and workspace members will be limited by account points. In the meantime, users will not be able to continue inviting new members or creating tasks as long as the account points(in service) reach the exiting points for the current account. The initial account points of users will be 1000 points in default, which can be obtained more by completing registration information or keeping daily activity.

In the personal work space, the number of account points(currently in service) is the number of work space tasks(the sum of tasks within all projects, excluding removal tasks) multiplied by the number of work space members(excluding removal members).

How to obtain account points

1.Automatically obtain account points in the system

Set following projects in the Tracup system for a better increase of users account points, and users can obtain account points after completing project in time.

• Additional registration information - phone number
• Additional registration information - e-mail
• Additional registration information - Company & Information of Job Title
• Daily activity(members in any work space can directly enter the project)

Moreover, Tracup will continue to launch more growth items about account points for a better points mechanism, as well as helping users to obtain more points. And the updates of growth item will also be updated in this file.
